RETURN POLICY

1. Return Window: You may return eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility: Except for defective or non-conforming goods, items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

3. Process: Initiate a return via your Account Settings to receive a prepaid shipping label. The cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exceptions: Final sale items, gift cards, and opened nutritional supplements (due to health/safety) cannot be returned unless defective.

Any points, discounts, or promotional credits applied to the order will be deducted from the refund amount. Any free gifts or promotional items received with the purchase must be returned together with the returned product; otherwise, the corresponding value may be deducted from the refund or the return may be rejected.

4.1 Refund Timing: After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within a commercially reasonable period (typically 5-10 business days), subject to your bank/payment provider processing times.

5. Statutory Rights (Quebec/Canada/Other Jurisdictions): Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have, including legal warranties and remedies for defective or non-conforming goods under applicable consumer protection laws (for example, Quebe's Consumer Protection Act legal warranties). Where statutory rights apply, they control to the extent of any conflict.
